Michael Kors at The Met Opera
It’s no secret that I adore fashion and the Opera, two passions that collide in my Aria scarves, the bestselling line from my silk brand Clù, available at the Met Opera Shop at Lincoln Center. So imagine my excitement when Michael Kors turned The Met itself into a runway for NYFW, celebrating 45 years of iconic style… pure magic.
The show was sheer New York City glamour: effortless chic, dramatic silhouettes and that electric yet minimal energy of the City. The opera house runway reminded me of all the nights I’ve walked those red carpeted stairs, and people watched from the parterre.
The backdrop was to die for – and the clothes in this collection were also stunning. Mannish vibes mixed with feathers, pops of iconic red; layers and swishing fabrics, conveying ease and luxury. The palette – of course, the classic New York palette of black, white and red.

I couldn’t help but think of my Vincerò scarf sold at the Met Opera Shop.

Bravo Michael Kors at the Met Opera!
