This multi-layered design project for the Nokia N80 took its inspiratoin directly from the device itself, which has a sliding keyboard feature. Hence the hardcover book (in turquoise above), slides into a dark blue hardcover slipcase. Finally, the grey-colored paperback booklet is detachable and thus portable, a streamlined conclusion to the substantive initial impact. The booklet is color coded to represent the four concepts of this particular guerilla marketing campaign. Within each campaign, there are graphical elements, all of which I designed – the storywall, hotel signage, etc. – that appear throughout the book. -CP
